Fun fitness

WALT Improve our fitness

This morning Matua Paulo came to Ahipara School to teach us different fitness drills and we used ladders. "It's all about the technique, not about speed." Matua says.
What great advice for all the students in Room 5!
Our class thoroughly enjoyed getting fit and learning the proper techniques when running. Room 5 learned how to listen carefully and how to follow instructions. Some found it hard to slow down and use the proper techniques. Our next steps are to keep trying and persevering to do the best we can when Matua Paulo comes to Ahipara School.

    1. Hi Ema thank you for your comment. The mood of my student's was very energetic. I would definitely recommend showing respect when doing anything but especially when there are visitors in your school, who come to do activities with you. Have a great day, Ms Peters.
