Ahipara Ag day 2021
This year we had a different Ag day compared to the usual. Due to being in Alert Level 2, we couldn't have our pets come in to school like they usually would. So we made a compromise where tauira (students) could take photos of their pet and write a story about them. The other option was they could make a movie about their pet.
Every class made a variety of cool Ag day creations which were judged by our Teacher Aides instead of out of school volunteer judges. Here are photos of creations Room 5 made together. They did Biscuit decorating, made Recycled creatures/creations, Handwriting samples, Potato characters and Mural - Whakataukī (sayings) Art.
